Specific Skills Training

Whatever your needs, ability, circumstances or stage of life, Specific Skills Training courses within CMETB offer a choice of courses, delivered by highly skilled specialist contractors.  We can offer flexible learning options, online and face to face with full and part time routes available.  The courses last between 1-52 weeks and the majority are fully funded with no course fees.  Additional financial supports may apply.

We have a vast range of courses such as Construction Skills, Welding, Plant Machinery Operator, Floor and Wall Tiling, a range of Driving Courses, Project Management and a full suite of Computer Courses.  These courses can build on your current knowledge or provide you with the opportunity to learn a new skill and a recognised qualification.  If you are a learner returning to education or seeking to gain qualifications, we have something to offer you.  By completing our courses you can improve your employment prospects or grow and develop within an existing career.
