CMETB Launches a new Employer Portal
Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board (CMETB) is pleased to announce the launch of its new Employer Portal, unveiled at the recent Employment and Training Expos held at Hotel Kilmore, Cavan and Monaghan Institute.
This innovative portal is designed to bridge the gap between employers and job seekers in the Cavan/Monaghan region, providing a seamless platform for job postings and searches.
A Resource for Employers
The Employer Portal, accessible through the CMETB website, offers numerous benefits to employers at no cost. By utilising this platform, employers can:
- Create a company profile and post job vacancies
- Easily manage and update job postings
- Direct candidates to their application procedures on their websites
- Reach a wider pool of potential candidates
- Benefits for Job Seekers
The portal also serves as a valuable resource for employers to access CMETB’s Employer Engagement Team. Here, they can inquire about funded training opportunities for their businesses, enhancing their workforce’s skills and capabilities.
For job seekers, the Employer Portal provides access to a variety of job opportunities in the Cavan/Monaghan region. The user-friendly search and filter options make it easy to find relevant positions, and candidates can be directed to company websites to apply.
Pathway for Learners
In addition to serving employers, the Employer Portal also supports learners who complete courses at CMETB’s further education and training centres. Upon completion of their programmes, learners can use the Portal to explore job opportunities that match their newly acquired skills and qualifications.
