CMETB FET Service to host Walk and Talk events as part of Mental Health Ireland’s ‘Hello, How Are You’ Campaign
CMETB Further Education and Training (FET) Service are pleased to participate on Mental Health Ireland’s Hello How Are You’ campaign by organising several ‘Walk and Talk’ events across our FET Services.
Hello, How Are You? is a campaign about connection and engaging in open conversations about mental health. The campaign asks individuals, communities, workplaces, schools, colleges, friends & family to say Hello and ask the question ‘How Are You?’ in a meaningful way. Asking this small question and having one conversation can make a real difference in someone’s life.
